Unconscious Bias Presentation

Unconscious bias – the quick judgments we make of people and situations without even being aware of doing it – is part of all of us, affecting our decisions and actions. Unconscious bias is often influenced by our personal experiences, backgrounds and sociocultural stereotypes.

  • Recognize the cause and effect of unconscious bias on organizations and their employees in daily life.
  • Explore the impact of forward-thinking mind-set on their immediate reactions to people and situations.
  • Modify their approach so as to recognize unconscious bias when it occurs and create a culture of tolerance and change.
