This training helps businesses, non-profit groups and government units take advantage of best practices to strengthen their organizations using an equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) lens. The training offers benefits at the individual, work-group and organizational levels.
At the end of this training, learners will be able to
● Describe the impact of unconscious bias, stereotypes and prejudice upon organizations and working groups
● Identify the obstacles preventing full participation and contribution of employees in their organizations through engagement in team activities
● Develop strategies by employing the ED&I model to create an environment where employees feel that they belong and that their uniqueness is valued
